Women of Ruepoint: How remote work empowers us

To be a woman means being a daughter, a mother, a partner, a professional often all at once. Balancing career, personal growth, and family life has always been a challenge, but remote work culture has reshaped what’s possible. At Ruepoint, flexibility is a powerful enabler that allows women to thrive in every role they take on. As a company, we value work-life balance, well-being, and inclusivity, and our remote culture reflects that.

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the women of our team and sharing their stories of how remote work empowers them to wear all their hats with confidence, balance, and fulfilment.

Teofana Ivanova, Media Monitoring Analys

Remote work has given me the opportunity for a great work-life balance, from traveling with my family and working from various places, surrounded by the sounds of nature or enjoying the view, to doing the laundry on my break. Work flexibility has allowed me to spend a lot of precious time with my family and extended family, which I would never want to trade for office hours and commuting.

Tanya Mirleva, Finance and HR Administrator

Remote work allows me to organise my tasks according to my child’s needs, without the stress of commuting. I have time for sports, hobbies, and self-improvement, which makes me more confident and happier. And when I feel good, the whole family feels it. The calm work environment gives me the opportunity to manage my time effectively, and the children learn responsibility by observing how I balance work and family.

Martina Abrasheva, Sales Assistant

Remote work has greatly improved my well-being. Without the daily commute, I save time, which allows me to be more present and focused throughout the day. My workweek also feels much more balanced. I also enjoy a more sustainable lifestyle by not driving to the office every day, which lowers my carbon footprint and aligns with my values.

Konstantina Yoncheva, Senior Analys

I appreciate the opportunity to work remotely, as it has significantly improved my work-life balance and allowed me to dedicate more time to my hobbies. When I started at Ruepoint in 2022, I was in a long-distance relationship, and the flexibility of remote work enabled me to travel and relocate as needed, with no negative impact on my work, productivity, or stress. This flexibility has also allowed me to be more present and supportive, ultimately helping me to be a better partner.

Marina Grudeva, Content Marketing Manager

Remote work has helped me feel more balanced and present, both for myself and my loved ones. It’s wonderful to be able to be there for my dog, providing companionship and attention. A big plus is that I can better manage my mental health, creating a more positive and less stressful work environment. I also have time for cooking experiments, trying new recipes and enjoying the creative process.

Nicola Baird, Sales Manager

Remote work is a perfect equaliser for men and women as parents. Remote work allows me to be a present worker, wife and mother. It is not easy balancing all three roles, as well as general life, but working from home means I don’t have to commute up to 2 hours per day and I am a better worker for it!

At Ruepoint, we recognise that flexibility is more than just a benefit it’s a necessity for creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. By empowering women with the autonomy to shape their workdays, we foster a culture where both personal and professional growth can thrive. As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we remain committed to enabling balance, well-being, and success for all our team members—no matter what hats they wear.
